اپلیکیشن concrete mix design یک برنامه بسیار مفید برای محاسبه نسبت مواد لازم برای مخلوط کردن بتن( طرح اختلاط بتن) می باشد.
این برنامه برای همه مهندسین عمران، مهندسین ساختمانی و پیمانکاران مفید است تا نسبت مواد مورد نیاز در طرح اختلاط بتن را محاسبه کند.که از دستورالعمل های IS: 10262-2009 و IS: 456 برای محاسبه نسبت مخلوط بتن پیروی می کند.
محاسبه دقیق مقدار سیمان، محتوای آب، دانه های خرد شده، دانه های جامد و محتوی مخلوط در هر متر مکعب بتن بسته به میزان مقاومت مورد نظر و مقدار اسلامپ.
ابتدا تیپ سیمان خود را وارد کنید، نسبت آب به سیمان را انتخاب کنید و خواص موادفزودنی مورد استفاده را پر کنید و سپس محاسبه کنید.
میزان مقادیر مورد نیاز مواد در طرح اختلاط بر حسب کیلو گرم بر مترمربع نشان داده می شود.
برای بهترین نتایج توصیه می شود برای تعداد آزمایشات با همان مقادیر وارد شوید و سپس نسبت ها را نهایی کنید زیرا مواد با انواع خواص مختلف می تواند انواع نتایج را به همراه داشته باشد.

This App is useful for all the civil engineers, Structural engineers and contractors to calculate the materials proportion in to the concrete mix. It follows the guidelines of IS: 10262-2009 and IS: 456 for calculating the mix proportion.
Accurately calculates the amount of cement, water content, fine aggregate, coarse aggregates and admixture content per 1 m3 of concrete depending upon the desired strength and slump value.
Simply enter the Grade of concrete, Choose water-cement ratio and fill out the properties of the materials you going to use and then press calculate.
Amount of required quantities of the materials will be shown in the kilo grams/m3.
For the best results it is advised to go for number of trials with the same quantities and then finalize the proportions as materials having different types of properties produce different types of results.
